2024 winner

You meet people from all over the world, with all kinds of backgrounds. I knew it was an international school, but I don’t think I fully understood what that meant until I arrived. If I had to put it into three words, I’d say: welcoming, diverse, and enlightening.

Gautam Jay
2023 winner

I came from a really small school that didn’t have a lot of opportunities. It’s a big reason why I applied, because I just wanted more out of my high school years.

Lexi Carswell
2024 Finalist

When I was entering, I thought, “I may not win, but there’s nothing to lose.” And then a few months later I’m living in Victoria, going to an amazing school, surrounded by literally hundreds of friends. It’s crazy!

Naashkii Soler
2021 winner

I’ve grown more independent, I’ve learned to do things on my own and take initiative on my own. It’s been a really fun experience when it comes to finding out who I am. I also think it’s great being able to meet so many people.
